retailcloud White Glove Service makes getting started with retailcloud easy. Pricing is per register. White Glove consists of a maximum of 8 hours of implementation services. This is a maximum of 8 hours and includes the following

• Remote Download of Software
• Plug & Play Ready Deployments *
• Import Product catalog (needs to be in digital format csv. excel or some delimited format)
• Create Employees Credentials and PIN (submit list of employee names, email addresses and usernames - pins and passwords will be auto generated)

• Setup Receipt Header (up to 4 lines)

• Setup Receipt Footer (up to 4 lines)

• Setup Promotional Messages (up to 250 characters)

• Setup Surcharges (specify type of program - cash discount, surcharges or cash/non cash pricing and fee percent)

• Setup Surcharge Labels

• Setup Gift Card Account (need Gift Card merchant application)

• Setup EBT Departments (complete list of Departments that will be EBT eligible)

• Create Quick Pick Menu Pages (provide 12 labels and the classifications under each button in the sub menu)

• Enable Tip

• Enable Tax 2 on receipt

• One Build for the Pax Payment App (send serial number and VAR sheet)**

• Merchant Training
• Ten Days Free Access to Implementation Specialist (is part of the overall 8 hours)
• 90 Days of Priority Ticketing and Chats
