How do I set the TabPOS for no Printer ?
If you are not using a Printer, you can disable the printer in the configuration, and then elect to email receipts to your customer. Click here to learn more

I'm locked out. How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password using the forgot password function on the CAS Management Portal. Remember passwords are case sensitive. Click here to learn more

How do I delete an item?
You can deactivate an item by making it inactive on CAS. This will remove it from the POS and from all reports. Deactivated accounts can also be reactivated at any time. Click here to learn more

How do I activate my payment processor?
Please open a ticket at support.retailcloud.com or chat with us and tell us your processor name and we can let you know if they are certified on retailcloud. There are over 200 certified providers.
